• Figma UI Kits
• Design Systems
• Website Templates
• UI Components
• Downloadable Design Resources 

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
• The product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Lack of required software or technical knowledge to use the product.
• Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements before purchasing.
• Requests made after the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, unless required by applicable law.

Payments for design services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances and any applicable agreements between both parties.

Custom work that has already been completed or delivered is non-refundable.
