Designing a Centralized Healthcare Donation Management Dashboard

This project focused on designing a web-based dashboard to support the operational side of a healthcare donation platform. The dashboard enables administrators, doctors, and hospital teams to review patient cases, monitor donations, and manage treatment workflows efficiently. The goal was to transform complex, sensitive healthcare data into a clear, actionable, and trustworthy system that supports faster decision-making.

Problem

Managing patient cases, donor contributions, and medical workflows across multiple stakeholders is inherently complex. Without a centralized and structured system, teams face information overload, delayed responses, and fragmented visibility into patient status and fund utilization. This lack of clarity can slow down treatment planning and reduce overall operational efficiency.

Solution

I designed a role-aware, data-driven web dashboard that organizes patient cases, donation status, and medical actions into a single, unified interface. The dashboard prioritizes information hierarchy, quick scanning, and task-oriented layouts, allowing medical and administrative teams to review cases faster, track funding progress clearly, and take timely action. The solution balances data density with usability, ensuring critical decisions can be made confidently and efficiently.
